If you can't get it thru interlibrary loan. I have a copy packed up somewhere, I would be willing to let you borrow. I've had people generous enough to loan me books without "knowing me" but on the internet, if possible, I'm willing to help if I can.
Again, it is packed up, either in storage, or the back room, so it may take a while to locate.
