Uniform - Louisiana

Was doing some googling, and came across this site:

http://books.google.com/books?id=DOd4uDE06g8C&pg=PT1&dq=civil+war,+equipment+%22louisiana+and+texas%22&lr=&as_drrb_is=q&as_minm_is=0&as_miny_is=&as_maxm_is=0&as_maxy_is=&num=20&as_brr=0&as_pt=ALLTYPES#PPA13,M1

It contains some good information on uniforms and such for troops from Louisiana and Texas.

Of interest to me is the picture and text found on Page 13.

Text: The plain gray pullover shirts of the Opelousas Guards from St Landry Parish - Co F, 8th Louisiana - had two large patch pockets on the chest. These volunteers are identified as (left to right) Hypolite Fontenot, who was mortally wounded on July 9, 1864, at Rappahannock, Va; his brother Denis, who survived the war but was captured at Spotsylvania on May 15, 1864; and third brother Horthere, who was mortally wounded at Gettysburg on July 3, 1863. (George Esker Collection)

1. Does anyone have this photo? Tried to copy it, but could not.
2. Does anyone have an estimate as to when the photo may have been taken. Went to Esker Collection and can not find it there. Would suspect prior to mid-summer 1863.
3. Does anyone know the name of the type of pullover shirt shown??

I have also included this info request on the Arms and Equipment Board, in case someone there might know. No need to double post, just do it once, preferrably on the Louisiana Board, thanks.
