Capt. Hutton's court-martial

"I saw that he had been acquitted but didn't know the story behind it."

I'd be interested in a source for his being acquitted. Hutton's court-martial (one of them, at least) took place on September 19, 1864. I've never been able to find out if that was for the accusations of cowardice at Fort DeRussy, since Hutton was already under arrest a few days before the fort was attacked. Any information you might have concerning the court-martial, the charges, and the outcome, would be greatly appreciated. (I've never even been able to find out if there were actual charges made of cowardice, or just the accusation made in Lt. Adam's report.)
