Present day Adamsville (west of the center of Atlanta) was called Lickskillet during the Civil War, and the road ran from Adamsville to the area of Westview Cemetery and Mozley Park. Ezra Church was in the vicinity of Mozley Park. I think sections of R. D. Abernathy Drive, Martin Luther King Drive and Gordon Road were all part of Lickskillet Road. Google "Lickskillet Road Atlanta" and you will find more information.

Good luck in your search.
