Not really, I know quiet a bit about the units he was in, but not much on a personal level. I copied SOME of his war records in Baton Rouge at the State Archives. There was several articles printed in New Orleans papers at the time of his death attesting to his bravery and the many battles he fought in with Army of Northern Virginia. Our family has always passed down praise for him as a soldier. Unfortunately, by the time I began to develop an interest in our family civil war soldiers, all of those that would have known where he was buried had passed on. If you can direct me to some areas to try and track his military career, I would be very grateful....Michael Dale
