Military Papers

I would like to know if anyone can tell me how to find a particular paper that I found in some Military records of Captain E.J. Hall, of the 1st La. The paper that is in his records states that he was a Prisoner of War, captured at Natchez in 1863, On the reference card it states "See Manuscript No. 815, dated Oct. 30, 1864" On the botton it states:"This card must not be taken from this file". Captain E.J. Hall, was one of The Immortal 600" and was exchanged for a Union officer.
I would like to see a copy of this Manuscript, just do not know how to loacte it.
Thanks for any information.
