John and S.D. McEnery?

John McEnery became the Lt. Colonel of the 4th Lousiaina Battalion and his brother Samuel Douglas McEnery served as a Lieutenant in the 2nd Louisiana Regiment. John is known for the 1872 failed election-armed intervention, etc. and Samuel eventually became governor from 1881-1888. Ok, here is my confusion. Wikipedia actually has an article on both gentleman with a painting of each man. Go to wikipedia.com and type in one of their names and the other one will be linked from there. Ok, all good-wrong. If you go to picturehistory.com and type in McEnery a photograph appears and it looks like John's painting BUT is labeled S.D. McEnery.

Can anyone shed light on if the photograph is indeed John or S.D.? Thanks.
