Thanks for posting that Wayne. I can tell you that our research on the 7th Mississippi has been blessed with help from Dr. Bergeron many times and in fact his passing brings to a close his part in a project he was helping us with in regards the letters of Lt. John Cato. He also was always willing to help me in my personal hunt for ancestors and their units and service. God bless his memory and again, prayers for the family.
