Can anyone steer me in the direction of anyone who would know who was the New York Daily Tribune war correspondent for the early days of the Red River Campaign? He went by the initials J. E. H., so it would have had to be either James E. Harvey or John E. Hayes, but I need to know which of these fellows he was. Any Bohemian Brigade experts out there who can answer this, or know who could?
