You mentioned, "writings about his life at the time of his death." I am researching the Crescent Regiment with which Richardson was first associated before being promoted to Bragg's staff. I would be very interested in knowing if any of those writings contain references to the Crescent or his association with men within the Crescent. I would greatly appreciate any information.
