I saw an application for UDC which mentioned that James R. Connell age 13 was a courier for General Churchill. James lived at Keatchie. He was a son of my Great-Great Grandfather C. B. Connell. Can't find any details, it was just mentioned in the application his daughter filled out. I don't think James actually ever joined the army.
