Hi, I had read your inquiry about Gen. Lancaster and you seem to have knowledge of his life. I had read somewhere once that Lancaster,Ca was named after him. That info had been in the USC Digital Archive for a shore time with his picture but now there is now trace of that info. Is this something your have knowledge of.
