I was doing a little surfing about the Consolidated Crescent Regiment. My g,g-grandfather, Elias Weldon was in the 11th Battalion and then the CC. I noticed your post. Are you related to Stephen D. Lord, killed at Mansfield? I was in the 2nd big reenactment of Mansfield/Pleasant Hill back in '99. One evening we camped near an old church. I went to look at it and the cemetery. Stephen Lord was buried there. We had a moving ceremony at his grave that evening. I still remember his name.
