Dr. Michael Ballard of Mississippi State University will be the guest speaker at the Civil War Round Table of Central Louisiana on Thursday, November 3, 2011. The meeting will be held at 6 PM at the Granberry Center on the campus of Louisiana College in Pineville. His subject will be "Phase One of the Vicksburg Campaign in the Summer of 1862". As always, the meeting is open to the public and free to first time visitors so bring a friend.
