Located my notes finally. Office Provost Marshal, Parish of Orleans; No. 67 Carondeldt Street; New Orleans, Louisiana was the address of Judge A. A. Atocha who was the provost marshal during the occupation of New Orleans. He used the local police jails for his prisoners.
