Thanks for all of the information. Sorry for the delay, as I'm just catching up. The info is great. Especially one of the articles from the paper regarding the sale of T.O. Moore's plantation. He describes his property, in which I and Dr. Stephen Norman (owner of Rosalie Plantation), believes two buildings and a cistern that dates back to the Civil War, are still in what is now an adjoining field to where the "big" house was.

As well, I believe ownership of Lodi Plantation, of which I believe ASH is the center of(or at least right of center) went from Walter H. Overton (the governors's uncle), Moore himself and then Overton's granddaughers (Fannie and Ida Wells).
