Who was the woman with the chamber pot?

It seems that the only account of a woman dumping “less than clean water” on the head of Admiral Farragut comes only from Gen. Butler. I can find no other source for this event happening. You would think such an important event in the occupation of New Orleans, which gave Butler cause to write Gen. Order 28, would have her name cemented in history, yet I find no references to who she was, where in the city this event took place, etc. I also don’t find any reference to this event by Farragut, who had this apparent chamber pot dumped on him. So, do any of you have sources that says where this event took place and who was this woman? We know about Mrs. Phillips and her supposedly laughing at the site of a Union soldier’s funeral, and her banishment to Ship Island, but wouldn’t the woman who was responsible for causing Butler to write Gen. Order 28 be more important of a figure in New Orleans Civil War history than Mrs. Phillips? Why would Butler not arrest this woman who dumped her chamber pot on Farragut? Did this event even happen?
