Im posting this after a conversation with Dr. Johannson today. Her and I were discussing how its suprising there is not a wartime photograph of Daniel W. Adams and we are very surprised how everyone confuses Daniel with his brother Wirt and by doing so they continually use Wirt's photo for Daniel.

Can any of the experts on Louisiana that visit this board be able to shed a little light on this?

I want to say when I visited Tulane several years ago they had a picture of Wirt labeled as Daniel and when I made mention of it the response was close to, "Ok, newbie researcher, pick what you need and get out."
