As Alan says, it is highly unlikely that anyone bothered to try to record information about civilians who may have assisted the Confederate army at Mansfield. I think it unlikely that any such civilians would have actually seen combat that day unless they secretly made their way into the ranks of the Louisiana units on the battlefield.
