As for the units, according to Dr. Bergeron's Guide to Louisiana Confederate Military Units 1861-1865 there isn't much in the way of records of the units that are listed on your link.

However, you can look up an individual soldier in Booth's Record of Louisiana Confederate Soldiers at this address.

These men may have served in ohter units as well so I would definately check their names against Booth's Record.
