Though the court martial record itself may not have survived, it is possible that the Trans-Mississippi Department order books contain some brief reference to it. Of course, it would be a pain to go up there and go through the book or books looking for the appropriate order.

Yes, the damage at Jackson Barracks was substantial and perhaps devastating. However, many of the Civil War manuscripts there (excluding the material related to the Booth books) are on microfilm. This was a project I initiated back in the late 70s when I was lead archivist at the State Archives. I do not know the status of the copy of the film at the Barracks library. State Archives does have a copy available for researchers.
