Although I haven't been able to spend time researching the 6th Company - Washington Artillery at Howard Tilton Hall at Tulane University in New Orleans (it's a low priority for me at the moment), I, too, am interested in getting a roster of that company. On my website for the reenacting group in Louisiana that portrays the 5th Company - Washington Artillery (geocities.com/Heartland/Woods/3501/) I have listed the rosters of the five companies that went into battle during the Civil War from William Miller Owens' book. Of the 6th Company, I have only been able to find that it was never constituted by a full complement of soldiers; that it dissolved with the Federal capture of New Orleans; and there seems to be some anecdotal evidence that it was more of a "moral support" group made up of men whose role it would have been to defend New Orleans - old men who probably weren't fit for military duty.

I do plan on going to Tulane this winter, and will try to keep an eye out for any mention of the 6th Company.
