Hi, Steve. I found the book on-line on Heritage Quest. I's great. It doesn't have pictures of the soldiers, but it has maps and detailed information on the battles, with casualty lists at the end of each chapter. I found my great-granduncle's name and rank on one of those lists. It also said that soldiers wounded at Irish Bend were transported to New Orleans to be taken care of. That must be what happened to my great-granduncle. I downloaded a PDF of the chapter containing his information. Thank you so much for recommending the book. Best, Clare
