I was wondering if there are lists of GAR members in New Orleans, or Union veteran burials in New Orleans. I am seeking the burial place of a Union veteran (14 Iowa Infantry). He applied for a pension in 1891, when residing in NO, living at 99 Magazine street. Charles G Smith is the name.

Any suggestions are welcome. There is no other information in his pension file application at NARA I am told. I am looking for any traces of him, city directories etc.
