I am looking for info about my g-grandfather John W. Harvey. He was born in Scott Co, Missouri in 1843. He joined the Confederacy in 1862. I believe he joined from McDonald Co. He served with Prices Brigade some of the time according to his obit. He was parolled in Galveston at the end of the war. If anyone has any info about him, I would so appreciate it.
