Thomas Murray and his son George W. Murray served in the Civil War with the Union Army. I know nothing about George's service but Thomas served with the 43rd Missouri Volunteers, company "I". My information has it that Thomas enlisted in Aug. 1864 at Rockport,Atchison,Co.Mo. and was inducted in Sep.1864. Does anyone have any information on this unit or these people. Thank you.
