I believe you will find that this William C.Anderson parents were William M.Anderson and Jane Scruggs. They were from So.Carolina to Cole Co. Missouri in 1832. William M. was the son of Noble Anderson and Elizabeth Price. Noble moved to Rabun County,Georgia about 1830.He obtained land in the 1832 Cherokee Indian lottery in Cherokee Co.Georgia where he was still living in 1850. Glynda
