Oh duh, I don't know why I put an apostrophe in the name, the counties in my own back yard, guess I was more tired than I realized on top of my habitually poor typing.

Yes, I did note the death of disease. The 24th was ravaged by a measles outbreak the winter of 1862 while at Rolla, they lost nearly 200 men that winter to illness.

I suspect that he is one of the many unknowns that are reinterred at Jefferson Barracks as mentioned above. I brought up the Obion Co. connection only because that was his home turf and second on my likely places to find his grave.
