They most certainly are not "distinctly different". The are obviously alike when one turns the death certificate in the proper way and compares them. Despite your attempts to cloud or smoke up my original question to Paul Petersen, Chuck, I will continue to ask him to reply to it for as long as it takes to get an honest answer. I would imagine that there will be someone at the meeting who will ask him this question but I will not be satisfied until he answers it publicly here on this forum. By then, I am sure other readers of his book will have even more questions for him.
