I'm guessing they were all organized in 1861, but I can't be sure. According to PRICE'S LIEUTENANTS, the Schuyler County Cavalry Regiment served as the 4th Cav Reg in the 2nd Division at Lexington. The implication is that they were not at Wilson's Creek.
