I could not find a Slave schedule indicating slave ownership by Andrew or Susannah in either 1850 or 1860.

Alpheus Tannehill is shown to have been with the Greene Co Home Guards and then the 24th Regiment, Missouri Infantry (Union) deserting at Galena April 10th, 1862.

I have not found a listing with Andrew P Tannehill having served in the Civil War. Perhaps he was another of the infamous "Gen Price's Captains" left behind to support the war effort in Missouri.... ???

Susannah Duncan (b: 13 JUL 1816) was the daughter of Rice and Lurannah (Rutherford) Duncan who removed from NC to Sangammon Co Il between 1830 and 1834 via Kentucky. Susannah and Andrew were married on 10 AUG 1837 in Morgan Co., Illinois.
