I've got to ask about that "Flag-draped Obelisk". I'm just Public School educated and don't know much about the classics. What does that mean? A flag draped obelisk. That's got ancient historical significance, don't it?

While we're on that subject, There's some religous symbols and other such stuff on there too. I think this feller was a Baptist an a Mason. Ain't them organizations got historical society folks that will help with site restoration and maintenance of these kinds of places? How do I get in touch with them?

Do you think that college in Hannibal might be willing to help? Does any body know anybody up there that might be a Point of Contact for local historical or archaeological research and/or studies?
