Yeah, that was me. I'm glad it helped. I think it is a phenominal account of not only the regiment but of the common soldier's experience in the Army of Tennessee. I think I have read some of the Simmons letters. Aren't they posted on line? Somehow I lost that link. If you could send it to me I would appreciate it. Again, glad the book helped you out.
