I saw a Jacket that belonged to Shelby that had some Mo State Seal buttons on it. If my memory serves me right, I recall a Confederate uniform at the Anderson House in Lexington with a collection of mis-matched buttons on it and I think there was a MO State Seal on it.

My next question is. Did the State of Mo. issue the yankee Mo.State Militia uniforms with the State Seal buttons on them or did they receive yankee regulation uniforms?
