The army was termed the Army of Missouri led by MG Sterling Price. Fagan's division was almost entirely Arkansas troops.

I am not familiar with the Army of Northern Arkansas, though one could almost say that would be a more correct term for this army based on its makeup and location for preparation of the invasion.
