There is a number of 1860 Moore's in Jackson and Cass Counties at the time, Sugar Creek, Grand River, Pleasant Hill, and Big Creek are town(ships) with Moore's in Cass County. Jackson County is a bit more spread out.

15 different Moore's have BLM land grants in the area described, the oldest appears to be issued to Eli Moore in 1838 in Jackson Co.

Based on described geography, BLM records confirmed by census 1850 and 1860, there was a Lucinda Moore with 80 acres W½SE Section 1/ 46-N 31-W in Cass County on the railroad / road from Independence to Harrisonville. Property was just east of Avon MO, west of Pleasant Hill.

You can find it on the map by going to the Mo CARES site, use the Township Range index on tab 1 and follow directions.

FWIW, just a different way of looking for people, use geography and landmark names. I've no idea if this is your person or not.
