Thank's for posting the relationships between these people. It helps me understand Margaret Hays' connection to the Moore's and Kerr's and why she wrote to her mother so often about them. I think that Jemima Yager Moore/Karr was Margaret's cousin through her GAunt Johanna Berry. And related to her Uncle Judge James Yager who was also her cousin. Mostly Southern in their convictions. It's interesting that Edy Moore's daughter, America, married James Adam Burney who was with the Cass Co., Home Guard (I think) and a Lt. Col with 6th KS Cav.
