Samuel Tate Blair Diary

Hello!
I am currently doing research on Ashby's 2nd Tennessee Cavalry and found a reference to a war dated diary written by Private Samuel Tate Blair of Co. A Ashby's 2nd Tennessee Cavalry. He became a physician post war and practiced in Loudon, Tennessee until 1881. He then moved to Osborn, Missouri where he practiced medicine and also taught at Northwestern Medical College in St. Joseph, Missouri. He died March 30, 1917 at age 78 in Springfield, Missouri. His son, James T. Blair, lived in Jefferson City, Missouri and mentioned his Father's diary in the Tennessee Confederate Soldiers Questionaire he had filled out for his Father.
I would VERY MUCH appreciate any information about this diary, it's location and the chance that I might be able to use information from the diary.
Thanks for your help!
Best regards!
Doug Smith
