John Douglas Mullin was a rancher with a limited education. The following is an excerpt from the Hydro (OK) Review Newspaper Obit; "J.D.Mullins, father of Mrs. Ollie Norris, died this morning at the home of his son L.E. Mullins at Olive Ok. Burial was in Thomas Ok." (That was dated 5-15-1924)
