Jim McGhee, I hope you see this and can help me. The Pargoud Volunteers of Louisiana became Company A, 1st Missouri. Do you have the dates on which the company originally organized and on which it joined the 1st Missouri. Alfred A. Lipscomb was captain when it organized. I see that J. Kemp Sprague was captain at Shiloh and was killed there. When did he replace Lipscomb? Was he from Louisiana or Missouri.
