In 1889 Goodspeed published "The History of Hickory, Polk, Cedar, Dade and Barton Counties, Missouri." Since then it appears to have been rerinted in 1970, 1973, 2000 and 2002. The original and reprints are in the collections of at least 100 libraries and can also be found for sale on Amazon and abebooks.
