At the Missouri State Historical Society in St Louis, they have an 1876 transcript of soldiers removed from Arsenal Island to Jefferson Barracks. Open the below PDF link (Civil War related items) and do a search in the document. The collection with the list is A244, Kuhl, Jacob. You can probably get a copy of the list for a small copy and research fee.
