Bates Co & Order 11

I just this past week finally located my 2nd great-grandfather, William G. Simmons. In 1860 he's in Charlotte, Bates Co. with his wife and four sons, Marshall, John (my great-grandfather), Charles and Robert. By 1870 the only one that can be located is John, in Williamson Co., Texas.
This Simmons family is closely allied with the Weavers and Brooking families. In 1870 Robert and two more sons born after 1860 are in Linn Co., Kansas living with Weavers.
As I understand Order 11, pro-union settlers forced to leave Bates Co. could take a loyalty oath to be reimbursed for their loses. Is there a listing of who took an oath?
