Re: Benjamin Franklin (Frank) Jarrott

Yes I am related. Joseph Leonard Jarrot is also my great grandfather. How is he your great grandfather? wow, this could be the break through I have searched for. I know Joseph had a boy, George and daughter Mary ( I believe that was her name) when he married Sarah Josephine Ackerman (sullivan, saunders). She had a boy named Harry and daughter named Eleanor (who was my grandmother). Together, I believe they had two children, Frankie and Berniece. So which one of these are you the grandson of?

Sorry about delay in getting back to you. Joseph Leonard Jarrott, son of Benjamin Franklin (Frank) Jarrott and Mary Hedrick Jarrott, was first married to a Clarissa Sheffield. They had a daughter named Mary Jane Jarott (my grandmother) he later divorced her and married a woman who had been married a couple times before. Clarissa later married a man from St. Joseph MO named Ike Elliott. Apparently for a time my grandmother a small girl lived with Clarissa and for time with her father but ended up being raised by his parents Mary and Frank Jarrott. Leonard and Sarah went on to have kids and thus why he is a great grandfather to us both.
My email is gemikelowry@yahoo.com please drop me a note there and can give you more details of the ancestry as I have it and can put things togher. Thank you for replying to my inquiry.
