FYI--The 1861 report was less than 20 pages long. That State Historical Society of Missouri website 1861 AG Report scan also includes the 1862 report (that is in regard to the 21st century digital scan--the original 19th century hard copy reports were published separately, a year apart). Don't know why SHSM didn't scan 1862 in separately and provide it to the world under separate title so it could be easily found by researchers. Right now the 1862 scan is hidden at the back of the 1861 scan and the only people who know are probably the readers of this board. I didn't know 1862 was online until just now, when I saw that the 1861 link indicated way way too many pages for 1861 and I looked to see why. Anyway, scroll through the 1861 pages and you'll find 1862 lurking there, just like a hidden bonus track at the end of a Brad Paisley CD....
