Thanks Kirby. I am familiar with that Report. I use the book version reprinted by the State Historical Society of Missouri in 1998 and includes a great Index. The data I have used on Southeast Missouri explains a lot into the disagreements that erupted between the political arms of opposing Union men within and on the fringes of the Militia.
