Does any have any information regarding a skirmish that occurred between the 11th Missouri Infantry (Union) and
a southern unit near Dallas, Missouri on September 2, 1861 or September 24, 1861? The 11th Missouri had one man killed. This is all the information that I have on this event. There seem to be a few "Dallas"s in Missouri. This location
would have been near Cape Girardeau.
