Glenda,

Thanks so much for your reply. It is always a pleasure to meet a new cousin!!

I knew about Rebecca. I used to kid my father about being his sixth cousin due to that marriage.

I am descended from Franklin's son Harrison. Harrison is my great great grandfather. He and his family ended up in Craighead County, Arkansas where most of them disappeared after the 1910 census. I have been told by an elderley relative that my great grandmother was born in Siloam Springs, Missouri.

I also have the death date and place for Spencer. I read someplace that Franklin died shortly after the war because of wounds.

I cannot find what happened to Rebecca. Perhaps you can help with that.

Any info you have on this family that you would share would be greatly appreciated. I would like to have copies of the documents you mentioned. Of course, I will gladly reimburse any expenses you may have.

Please feel free to e-mai me at jdhouston1952@yahoo.com

Many thanks Glenda.
Jim
