Can anyone provide the exact location of the skirmish at Pulliams Farm? I know the area pretty well and have vague notions of where the general area is but not the exact location. I know that "Battle Hollow" is one of the identifications but that appellation no longer appears on maps. Any local folks who know, please let me know how best to find the spot. I know it was close to Ponder. The action was somewhere south of there near the "Mill branch of Forche creek".This is a tough one because the maps do not identify that branch and Forche creeks old name was Mill creek. I have an idea that this is the west fork of the forche creek but thats a w-a-g. The reason I think that is because the old Daltons Mill was probably on that branch at the junction with the main branch south of Ponder. It was said to be on the "Mill branch of the Forche creek" as well.
