Yeah, that's my guy in the Pennsylvania regiment. It was a three month unit formed in 1861. I think the scandal with the governor's daughter happened around then, and that's when he was sent into exile out West.

The 125th USCT angle is intriguing, and is something I hadn't run across. I'll do some more digging in that direction. Thanks very much for the info.
